Darsly – The company providing the AI-powered study platform

User/Customer – Any individual who signs up or uses Darsly (Free User: uses Darsly without subscription; Paid User: has active subscription)

Subscription – A paid recurring service granting access to premium features

Platform/Service – The Darsly website, application, software, and tools including flashcards, quizzes, summaries, AI chat, and exam simulations

User Account – Password-protected account created on Darsly

Term – The duration a User has access to the Platform

Are 18 years or older, or 13-18 years old with parental consent

Have the legal ability to enter a binding agreement

Are using Darsly for personal, non-commercial study purposes

You must provide accurate information when creating your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password

You may not share your account or login credentials

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

Darsly is not responsible for actions taken through compromised accounts unless caused by our negligence

Your subscription becomes active once your payment is processed

Payments are made in the currency displayed at checkout

Taxes and payment fees may apply

Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term

Renewal charges use the current standard price

You will be notified of major changes at least 30 days before renewal

You may cancel your subscription at any time

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Fees already paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

Darsly may offer free access with usage limits

Free access may be changed or revoked at any time

Sell, share, or transfer access to your account

Reverse engineer or copy Darsly's software

Bypass usage limits or payment requirements

Upload illegal, copyrighted, or harmful content

Use Darsly to cheat or violate school exam policies

You confirm that you own or have the right to upload all materials you submit

You must not upload sensitive personal information

You retain full ownership of all documents, files, and materials you upload

Darsly does not claim ownership of generated flashcards, quizzes, summaries, etc.

You may use generated content while you have an active account

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to: store and process your documents, generate study materials, and operate and improve the platform

This license is solely to provide the service

Darsly aims for 97% uptime

We are not liable for outages caused by maintenance, third-party issues, or events outside our control

Do not rely solely on Darsly for exam-critical materials

Loss or corruption of uploaded data

Security issues caused by third-party systems

Exam results or grades

Losses caused by misuse of the platform

You use the service at your own risk

Violate these Terms

Use Darsly for prohibited or unethical purposes

No refunds are provided for terminated accounts

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden

Disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts
